A caregiver and little dynamic in which one adult takes on a nurturing, maternal role, called the Mommy Dom, and the other takes on a childlike, dependent role, called the Little Boy. It is a consensual power exchange built around care, guidance, and often age regression.
For many people in MDLB, the appeal is the safety of being looked after without judgment, paired with the structure of clear authority. It can look like bedtime routines, pet names, cuddling, rules about snacks or screen time, or simply a steady tone of maternal care that stays intact day to day.
Worth knowing: Because the dynamic can involve age regression and emotional vulnerability, both people should agree on limits, safewords, and aftercare in advance, and the Dom should watch for signs that the little is not in a headspace to consent in the moment.
